Important results from the project
Our technology has been developed during this project to a much more robust stage. We are real world ready and provide a much more attractive offering to users then before the project. We are also much better protected legally, having invested in expert legal advice regarding our terms and conditions
Expected long term effects
We are launching a limited trial on the ground. All of the technology is in place to support this trial. We have updated the payment provider to a much better solution and increased function within the tech for buth users and us as administrators. Our promotions team are working in London and promotion is ongoing.
Approach and implementation
The technology has taken longer to implement than initially estimated, but it is thoroughly tested and very much more user friendly than before the project. We are now able to specifically target postal districts within London allowing our promotions teams to focus on a smaller area and work more effectively.
