Important results from the project

The project has conducted 15 interviews and workshops with large companies, most of which are in the food chain. The project has also conducted a number of internal workshops to identify available tools and the need for the development of new ones. The feasibility study has resulted in a common model and process for mapping needs and matchmaking of innovative startups, as well as packaging them. The model is validated together with three large companies in the food chain.

Expected long term effects

Of the 15 large companies interviewed, seven companies have shown great interest in collaborating with innovative startups. These participate as the next step in matchmaking. A positive side effect is that the feasibility study has also resulted in another joint offer: Sweden Scouting Tour - where large international companies get a common entrance to the Swedish innovation ecosystem.

Approach and implementation

Due to Corona, the project took longer in the start-up phase than planned. The feasibility study has otherwise followed the plan and the results of the project are ready to be taken further in the next step.
