Purpose and goal
The project maps out how Automation Småland member companies are driving twin transition and acting as catalysts for their customers´ transformation. The study identifies the current situation, challenges and success factors. Two conferences in 2025–2026 will strengthen knowledge exchange, networks and collaborations through discussions, customer cases and “mini-scenes” with a focus on sustainability and digitalisation in the manufacturing industry.
Expected effects and result
The study provides an increased understanding of how member companies can drive twin transition and strengthen the competitiveness of the industry. The conferences create new collaborations, spread best practices and inspire innovation. Through knowledge exchange and concrete customer cases, sustainability and digitalisation in the manufacturing industry are promoted, which can lead to increased efficiency, reduced environmental impact and strengthened regional development.
Planned approach and implementation
Proposal refers to the study, meetings, conference preparations and workshop arrangements during 2025. The study maps how member companies drive twin transition and act as catalysts for their customers´ transformation. The conferences 2025–2026 strengthen knowledge exchange, networks and collaborations through customer cases and “mini-scenes”. The project positions Automation Småland as a leading player and creates new business opportunities.
