Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of the competence enhancement was to hire external experts to further develop Realheart TAHs´s automatic control to make the product more internationally competitive. The goals have been achieved completely. Extensive tests of various improved software versions have been successfully completed, a manuscript is ready for submission to the scientific journal and the results have been presented at an international scientific conference.

Expected long term effects

All expected results and effects have been achieved: literature eligibility requirements for the product have been completed, raw data, analyzed data in excel, and test report in Word have been handed over by the expert consultants. Manuscript for a scientific article on automatic control is ready for submission. Results have been presented orally at a scientific conference (ASAIO annual meeting, Washington DC, June 10-12 2021). Planning for further work based on analysis of the test data has been performed and activities based on this plan have begun.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The approach of taking a joint start, then performing tests externally, and then taking a joint review of results and further planning has worked very well. The project has aroused further academic interest and the research collaboration will in future be strengthened with 1-2 joint MSc students.
