Approach and implementation
The project was executed by ReQuTech´s dedicated team of engineers, developers, and business experts, with the support of external consultants who are experienced in EIC application procedures. To effectively manage the process, we developed a workplan that contained workshops, buffer calls, status meetings, tasks for both teams and appropriate deadlines for activities.
