Purpose and goal

ATJOO is developing an AI-based voice platform that automates the first contact between patient and healthcare provider via telephone. The aim is to participate in InnoMatch Brazil 2026 within Sweden-Brazil Innovation Week (São Paulo and Belo Horizonte, November 9–13) and translate an expressed interest from one of Brazil´s largest health insurance players into an R&D&I collaboration. The goal is a defined pilot: scope, clinical eligibility, adaptation to Portuguese and Brazilian care protocols.

Expected effects and result

Expected results are a pilot plan or letter of intent with a Brazilian healthcare provider, identified partners for linguistic and clinical adaptation, and a mapping of regulatory conditions and market potential in Brazil. Long-term effects: ATJOO´s first establishment outside the Nordic region, new knowledge about multilingual adaptation that strengthens the platform also in Sweden, and increased accessibility in healthcare through a 24/7 digital entrance without a phone queue.

Planned approach and implementation

The trip will take place between 6–16 November 2026 with the program 9–13 November in São Paulo and Belo Horizonte, coordinated by RISE, Enterprise Europe Network and Ignite Nordic. One participant from ATJOO: VD Benyam Angeria. Before the trip: preparatory dialogue with the coordinators and materials for matchmaking. During the week: matchmaking meeting with the healthcare actor, B2B meetings, study visits and networking. After the trip: follow-up of meetings and concretization of the pilot.
