Purpose and goal
The objective has been to find out the the customers need for a climate hall. The possibilities to finance the building and the total investment as such. A key question has also been to find a potential, independent owner. Energy solutions has been a key question
Results and expected effects
There is a customer demand for a climate hall. A process is under way for financing of the hall and a potential, future owner is identified and involved in the ongoing work. The construction of the building and solutions for renewable energy supply is more or less solved.
Approach and implementation
The project has been run by four people within the following areas, customers need, construction of the building and investment costs, financing and ownership questions. Extensive contacts has been going on with EIB, DG Research, technical institutes and the Ministry of Enterprise and Innovation. A number of workshops has bee conducted with customers.
