Important results from the project
Yes, we have achieved the expected results. We have designed a workflow to increase the efficiency of genetic screening and identified the AI technology roles in automation and digitalisation.
Expected long term effects
It prepared us for entering Singapore market.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented in two phases: first, understand the existing genetic screening workflow at our Singapore partner, and second, designing an optimised workflow to enhance efficiency. Structured as a collaboration between Arkus AI, Karolinska Institutet, and Singapore National University Hospital, the project combined expertise in AI, clinical genetics, and personalised medicine to develop a robust workflow design for future implementation.
