Purpose and goal
The project aims to strengthen and complete a competitive EIC‑Accelerator‑proposal for the Conifer Visions AI‑baserade platform for data-driven decision support in forestry.
Expected effects and result
The grant will strengthen Conifer´s ability to develop a quality-assured and competitive proposal according to the EIC´s requirements. If the proposal later is approved, the project it finances will strengthen Conifers ability to develop a validated and robust AI-solution and updated IP strategy. This will reduce technical and commercial risks, increase likelihood of funding and lay the foundation for international scale-up, to contribute to a more data-driven and resource-efficient forestry.
Planned approach and implementation
The project consists of three packages (AP1-3). AP1 strengthens technical evidence through a validation report that describes the system´s robustness, scope of application and performance in varying environments. AP2 updates the company´s IP strategy for internationalisation with insights from market validation from prioritized markets. AP3 strengthens the quality and competitiveness of the application´s structure, technical and commercial content and value proposition and positioning.
