Purpose and goal

The goal has changed to HNV to become a national leader in terms of spreading experience of implementations of e-health and welfare technology to municipalities, counties and regions. Decision makers need to learn from others to take the next step in the digitization. HNV has met most of the objectives from the application to Vinnova. HNV has produced, published and disseminated/presented thirty case studies that have so far been downloaded 17000 times. HNV spend much time monitoring what happens every week culminates in a newsletter that is relevant to decision makers around Sweden.

Expected results and effects

HNV is now a famous actor who spreads knowledge about how the implementation of e-health and welfare technology works within municipalities, counties and regions. The effect will be a contribution to the decision-making process when local governments to invest in new solutions and way of working. All external monitoring , thirty case studies, weekly newsletters, news on Twitter and Facebook, as well as 50 events HNV accomplished has had effects such as increased knowledge among decision-makers about what is happening in the area and even create meeting places and new networks.

Planned approach and implementation

Initially a strategic plan was created and decided upon. The Board was updated to have a national coverage. Recruitment of members started. A market survey was conducted to ask decision makers in municipalities and county councils what it takes to take the next step in the digitization. One result was the importance to learn from others, why HNV started the production of case studies . HNV searched for implemented e-health- and welfare technology solutions all over Sweden to write about. HVN spread the results of the findings in newsletters, on Twitter, Facebook and during events.
