Call Develop and streamline working methods and tools within the innovation support system

Purpose and goal

The project strengthens the innovation support system´s capacity to attract, include, and develop more women as idea holders and entrepreneurs. Two proven tools, the All In Toolkit and Norm Navigator for Startups, are being implemented into the regular operations of five incubators, two game clusters, and one innovation office. The goal is to implement concrete data-driven gender equality tools to increase the share of women in the system, contributing to more inclusive innovation environments.

Expected effects and result

The project contributes to enhanced competence among support providers, more inclusive innovation environments, and a broader influx of entrepreneurs. In the long term, this strengthens the innovation capacity, market alignment, and growth potential of the companies developing within the innovation support system.

Planned approach and implementation

WP1: Project management. WP2: Review of gender equality work among support organizations: current-state analysis and needs assessment. Training of at least one "norm engineer" per support organization. WP3: Toolkit for enhanced attractiveness and business development: implementation and practical use of the "All in Toolkit" and "Norm Navigator for startups" tools. WP4: Dissemination activities to spread the results, experiences, and tools within the innovation ecosystem and to the funder.
