Purpose and goal

CuraStream is a digital service that significantly minimizes the administrative burden within psychiatry and other healthcare institutions by generating high-quality care documentation. The goal of this project is to create a strong strategic foundation to enable us to expand our service to municipalities and regions. As part of the project, a public sector expansion strategy will be developed and implemented with the help of external expertise.

Expected effects and result

The project is expected to result in a policy document with clear guidelines for CuraStream’s public procurement strategy, as well as a robust database of potential customers in the public sector. Awareness among relevant decision-makers will increase, and the implementation of CuraStream will begin at regional and municipal healthcare institutions. This lays the foundation for effective, long-term expansion in the public sector and helps reduce administrative burdens in healthcare.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is divided into three phases. In the first phase, an establishment strategy will be developed, specifying the processes for mapping relevant public sector actors, sales processes, and roles. In the second phase, a database will be created containing information about public sector actors to be contacted as part of the sales process. In the third and final phase, sales processes and the implementation of CuraStream within the public sector will begin.
