Important results from the project
The project objectives were achieved by refining the vision of AI-4-LL as a core element of future AI clusters, emphasizing continuous learning at both individual and organizational levels to enable the development of next-generation AI. In parallel, AI-4-LL was positioned to both benefit from and contribute to broader AI advancements, generating insights into the complexities of technology adoption as well as opportunities for innovation and scale-up.
Expected long term effects
The vision from the project is expected to help shape AI initiatives at a national level to ensure long-term ability to not only further develop and innovate from today´s AI technology but to build a robust and dynamic ability to learn about, develop and use new AI technology that increases relevant skills supply and Sweden´s competitiveness. This creates the conditions for a more inclusive and sustainable AI development based on and the AI transformation that the whole of society is undergoing.
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented as an iterative and dialogue-based process where the vision and focus areas were critically explored and challenged. In parallel, various stakeholders were invited to dialogue and synergies with other clusters were mapped for future collaborations. The project included two workshops: the first focusing on further developing the vision and defining core capabilities, the second on concrete use cases to put the vision into practice.
