AI-based wildlife-safe infrastructure for transport and logistics systems

Purpose and goal

The project aims to further develop and demonstrate Flox Edge – an AI-based, ground-based sensor system for preventing wildlife-related incidents in transport and logistics infrastructure. The project focuses on technical maturity, demonstration operations and commercialization preparations.

Expected effects and result

The aim is to further develop and demonstrate Flox Edge as a scalable, AI-based wildlife safety solution for transport and logistics systems.

Planned approach and implementation

The project is implemented by Flox Intelligence AB. The project organization consists of AI engineers, bioacoustics experts and system developers with experience from previous R&D and demonstration projects. Collaboration takes place with infrastructure operators and authorities as reference and demonstration environments.
