Important results from the project
Yes, to a large extent. We built the Framework Factory, which turns perception-based frameworks into expert agents, and with it two agents. AgentQ PSYOPS reads the information environment, adapts messages to cultures, tries them in controlled experiments and measures the effect, with ethics checks and a traceable log. Effect targets will be measured with operational users next. Beyond plan we built MIMIR, decision support for sensor operators, tested at FMV Battleweek with Xymbiotec Systems.
Expected long term effects
With the Framework Factory in place the next domain goes faster, in defence and in civil industry. Influence work becomes measurable and auditable instead of a craft. The judgement of experienced sensor operators can be kept and passed on, so one operator can handle more sensors with a digital colleague that runs locally. The human always decides. For the company, defence becomes a business area of its own. The consortium shows that small Swedish companies can reach defence procurement together.
Approach and implementation
The project ran from November 2025 to August 2026 in four work packages, alongside the Innovatum accelerator. We built the Framework Factory and the frameworks. We verified them in internal tests with our own staff. We built the platform with agents, experiments, effect measurement and governance. We tested with military stakeholders, with MIMIR field tested at FMV Battleweek. The activities were successful. Unplanned and positive: a second expert agent and a consortium with Xymbiotec
