Important results from the project
Together with VINNOVA and other organisations, Dagens Medicin has organised a serie of activities to increase the awareness of the importance of clinical reserach and innovations in the health care sector. These activities have contributed to spread knowledge of good examples, inspire others to innovative thinking, to learn from each other and to move the opinion in these matters.
Expected long term effects
Dagens Medicin has arranged a number of different activites during 2015: Healthcare Reserach Day January 29th, Life science Day May 21th, IT i Healthcare Award, which was awarded to Örebro University Hospital and the Jojnts website on the IT i Healthcare Day November 26th and finally the Athena Award for excellent accomplishments in clinical reserach that was awarded to a group of reserachers at Uppsala Clinical Reserach Center at the Swedish Medical Congress on December 3rd.
Approach and implementation
Dagens Medicin has been responsible for all the practical arrangements and marketing of the events and activities. VINNOVA has been involved in all planning of the content of the activities, and has participated in the panel work to select the winners.
