Purpose and goal
Within Acceleration av deeptechföretag, our end goal is to achieve product-market fit by acquiring and retaining initial group of subscribers for our synchrotron X-ray and neutron scattering data analysis software. This requires us to validate performance, sales process, and revenue model for Scattterin SaaS.
Expected effects and result
During the first 1.5 years, we will focus on achieving problem-solution fit for SaaS. We will conduct continuous R&D, and validate SaaS in pilot tests with potential customers. This is critical for overcoming the main technical challenge: handling complex data while maintaining ease of use. In the second half, we will focus on achieving product-market fit by validating our own value chain, develop clear value metrics, and define our SaaS strategy/model.
Planned approach and implementation
Within the first stage of the project, we will start the initial phase of software pilot tests with at potential customers (in/outside Sweden) in industry, academia, and facilities. This will be done in 4 well-defined work-packages while validating key hypotheses on "Technical feasibility", "Customer acceptance" and "Business risks".
