We have demonstrated that our process thin film superconducts, developed the fabrication process, designed a passive component and fabricated it.

The developed fabrication process can be used to fabricate different passive components .
Approach and implementation
The project plan involves Fabrication process development,PDK development, device design, fabrication and validation. The project was planned well and the activities were sufficient for the project development. Following the time plan was sometimes difficult due to technical issues in the nanofabrication laboratory, which is the main facility for this project. The The main lithography tool was down for a very long time which caused some delay in the project.The collaboration worked as intended.
