Important results from the project

Goal fulfillment is very good. The actors are: Innovation Skåne, coordinator, Awaresome AB, Krinova Incubator & Science Park, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Lund University, Foodtechnology, engineering and nutrition, Göteborgs Stad Miljöförvaltning, Region Skåne, RISE and Sweden Foodtech.

The group has gathered around the mission: Foodtech from Sweden is the guarantor that in 2040 everyone eats healthy, pleasurable and within the limits of the planet. up new foods and inspire to dare to try.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project was designed by Vinnova in collaboration with Antrop. The project was structured in different modules with several theory blocks, workshops and work between regular meetings. The implementation has progressed well throughout the project and ended with a joint meeting for all theme groups where prototypes were presented and "seed bags" for the future were written. The project has been followed up by an external evaluator where feedback has been returned to Vinnova for adjustment of the plan.
