Purpose and goal
The project has included a procurement process of an comprehensive framework agreement on IT-systems, but has also been focused on strengthening structures and working methods for the municipalities that can contribute to long-term flexible and developable booking and grant processes. The project´s effects are to be realized in each municipality and the project has provided a number of deliverables that will enable the municipalities to continue to gain from the project in a long term change process.
Expected results and effects
The project has included six different project goals that will support the municipalities in their long-term work on the impact-taking of the project. These have all been delivered within the stipulated time, quality and budget. Among other things, new actors have been added to a previously weakly competitive market, a public procurement process has been done in an innovative way and new working methods have been applied by the municipalities At the time of final reporting, Two municipalities have sent out call requests, another 20 are planning to do the same.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is initiated by municipalities and has been characterized by collaboration and partnership in aim to jointly drive the market towards more modern and customized digital solutions. The way in which the project explored and developed forms for joint public procurement processes and providing support for increased digitization is worth continuing to develop in other areas as well.
