Important results from the project

The trip to the RSA conference was incredibly valuable for expanding our business networks. Throughout the event, I connected with prominent cybersecurity experts, innovative entrepreneurs, and members of the Swedish delegation. Attending this conference deepened my understanding of our competitors´ offerings in the US, a critical aspect of our future expansion strategy. Additionally, I gained valuable insights into how we can strategically position ourselves to successfully establish our presence in the American market.

Expected long term effects

I have successfully expanded my network in the US and gained insights into how we can distinguish ourselves from existing global cybersecurity firms. My participation in ECSO´s networking event proved particularly beneficial, allowing me to connect with leading cybersecurity experts and entrepreneurs from across Europe. These interactions will undoubtedly enhance our potential for international partnerships and bolster our position in the global market.

Approach and implementation

I spent four days on site in San Francisco together with the Swedish delegation. We visited, among other things, the RSA conference, Business Swedens´s office, ESCO´s networking event and the Norwegian consulate in San Fransisco. These activities gave us valuable insights and opportunities for collaboration.
