We are looking for municipalities and regions for user testing of national support

The Swedish Public Health Agency, Vinnova and the Swedish State Administration are developing a national support for outcome-focused working methods. We are now looking for participants who want to test parts of the support and contribute to the development by sharing their experiences.

Many organisations are working today with complex societal challenges where several actors need to contribute to the same results, as in the example of children's and young people's mental health. At the same time, it can be difficult to translate ambitions for long-term results into practical work.

The support will make it easier to:

• Based on desired results and outcome
• Analyze complex societal challenges
• Develop and follow up on initiatives
• Work together across organizational boundaries

The test includes, among other things, a guide for outcome-focused working methods, an AI assistant (prototype) and forms of operational support from authorities.

What is expected of the participants?

For the in-depth review, we are looking for actors as:

• Have a concrete development project or a current societal challenge to work on in the area of children and young people's mental health health
• Can assign a number of people to a limited number of workshops/meetings during the fall of 2026
• Want to contribute experiences and lessons learned to the development of support

The scope and structure will be adapted together with the selected participants. In addition to municipalities and regions, other relevant actors such as authorities, idea-based organisations, foundations or companies, may also be involved in more limited parts of the testing.
