In this seminar, Vinnova and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth present a new practical guide for actor-driven conversion work. The guide contains methods, templates and concrete tools for mapping relevant actors, understanding drivers and barriers, creating engagement and translating insights into action. The guide was developed in conjunction with the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth's government assignment on implementing initiatives for industrial competitiveness and the green transition. Link to the guide at the seminar – it is brand new!
Who is the seminar aimed at?
The seminar is aimed at those who work with development, innovation, collaboration, policy or transition issues and want to get concrete tools to involve actors in complex change processes. We share experiences, methods and practical examples and provide the opportunity to discuss how the working methods can be used in different activities and contexts.

The seminar begins with an introduction to the guide and its uses. You will then have to try some of the methods yourself in an interactive exercise. Finally, there is a panel discussion where people who have tested the working methods in practice reflect on the opportunities and challenges of actor-driven transition.
