Who is the seminar aimed at?
The seminar is aimed at those who want to know more about how the strategic innovation programs are going and learn more about SIP as an instrument. How do problem formulations differ between the programs, what efforts have been implemented and which actors have been engaged?
The seminar presents conclusions on how the strategic innovation programs (SIP) function as instruments for creating value in the innovation system. What significance have they had as a collaborative arena and mobilizing force? The meta-analysis looks in particular at the SIP instrument's system-enhancing and system-developing potential.
The study, which is based on nine-year evaluations of all programme, provides a basis for reflection and learning for future innovation initiatives.
The report will be published in full on June 2.
