The planning grant can be applied for by Swedish small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), actors from academia, research institutes, the public sector, or civil society who are preparing an application for an international research and innovation call.
The offer has two funding levels, depending on the role of the Swedish actor or actors:
Apply for up to SEK 300,000 if you plan to participate as a project partner in an international call. Up to SEK 500,000 if you plan to coordinate an international project with at least three actors from three different countries.
The call has two assessment periods during 2026, where submitted applications will be evaluated competitively by external reviewers.
The meeting is digital, held in Swedish, and will be recorded.
