Food has a huge impact on our planet and how we feel. During crises such as the covid-19 pandemic, term change, which in turn changes our ingrained patterns. In the Rapid Transition Lab project, we have explored the opportunities for conversion to sustainable and healthy food systems in Sweden that have opened up during the pandemic, in order to be able to use these in a strategic way.
We want to both give an overview of the strategies that are the result of the work and show how it is possible to work with strategic design as a method.
The seminar is part of the Rapid Transition Lab project, which is financed by Vinnova. The project is a collaboration between Stockholm Resilience Centre at Stockholm University and Dark Matter Labs.
We address those of you who are interested in how we can change systems with strategic design, and perhaps are specifically interested in foresight work and strategies connected to the food system.
