With this offer, we want to support cities that work long-term and strategically to achieve climate neutrality.
Projects to develop technologies, processes, business models, governance and regulatory frameworks which can result in pilots, prototypes or similar efforts that can make cities climate neutral.
At least three parties should be behind each application, such as companies, universities, colleges, public actors, idea-based organizations and industry organizations. The main applicant must be a city/municipality and at least one party must be a university, college or research institute.
The budget for this offer is approximately SEK 25 million. Co-financing shall amount to 50 percent for the project as a whole.
