International research and innovation collaboration in materials - M-ERA.NET Call 2026
This the call for proposals is administered by M-ERA.NET, which is a materials-focused international network of research and innovation funders. The call for proposals applies to funding of international, materials-related collaborative projects within six thematic areas. Vinnova will finance Swedish participation in such project. The first step to apply in this two-step process is to submit proposal via M-ERA.NET's application tool.

Who can apply?
International consortia consisting of at least 3 funding applicants from at least 3 countries participating in M-ERA.NET Call 2026. See the document \"Guide for Proposers\" for other formal eligibility requirements on consortium composition.
How much can you apply for?
A maximum of 3.5 million SEK to Swedish participation per project. At least 30 percent of the cost of the Swedish project participation must be worked up by Swedish companies. Of this share, funding can be applied for according to EU state aid rules.
