Submit your proposal soon to increase your chances of receiving funding! Applications are assessed on an ongoing basis and the total budget is limited, so don´t wait until the call for proposals closes. Our ambition is to announce a decision within two months after the proposal has been submitted.
You can submit proposal at any time during the period 7 February to 5 September at 2 p.m. We assess applications on an ongoing basis.
To apply for funding, you need to log in and complete an application form in our eServices portal. The application form contains questions about your project, the participants taking part in the project and your budget.

Keep in mind that it takes time to make a proposal. Filling out all the templates can take several days, as they are based on analyzes you will do. Therefore, start proposal well in advance. You can start filling in information, save and continue at a later time.
When proposal is ready, you mark it as ready. If you unlock proposal, you must then clear it so that it will be registered when the call for proposals closes.
When your proposal has been registered, we email a confirmation to the person responsible for the user account as well as to the project manager and the signatory. This may take a few hours. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours of submitting your proposal, please contact us.
Once proposal has been submitted, you cannot change or fill in any new information. Then you can only supplement your proposal if we ask for it.
