Purpose and goal
In order to realize sustainable and scalable value with AI in businesses, a key factor is to be able to identify and find relevant use cases given the business´ mission and strategic objective in a specific sector or domain. It has proven difficult to understand all the aspects that need to be taken into account in order to do this work systematically. The goal of this project is to provide the ecosystem with tools to support leaders and business developers that is based on collective knowledge and experience in the ecosystem to cover all the central parts needed in this work.
Expected effects and result
A cohesive environment where leaders and business developers get help through interactive tools to design their portfolio of AI initiatives. In this environment, match making and networking will be offered to increase knowledge exchange but also generate collaborations between need owners and suppliers. Additional effects are to get an overall potential of AI value in various sectors in Sweden and see how this develops over time. Through international collaborations to unify models around use cases, we will further strengthen the ecosystem with data but also Sweden´s position.
Planned approach and implementation
The work will build on existing resources and materials where the solution will be offered through the My AI platform which today already offers a large use case library. Separate work packages will handle the development of ROI calculation models, demo environments, competence and role descriptions, further development of resources and models for use case identification and assessment. All of this will be packaged in a cohesive interface that supports the user in identifying use cases given the need and strategic direction and conditions.
