The goal of the project "Understanding reimbursement in the USA" - to develop a cost reimbursement analysis and a cost reimbursement strategy with the help of external expertise has been achieved. Also the purpose - to have strengthened the company´s competitiveness at the end of the project with the help of the right knowledge of the payment system has been achieved.

Expected long term effects

At the end of the project period, we expected that the process of developing a cost reimbursement analysis and a cost reimbursement strategy would give us an increased understanding and influence our future go-to-market strategy. We can now state that the expected outcomes have been achieved.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in collaboration between the CEO and an external consultant who jointly delivered/implemented the following work package: AP-1 title: Review of product profile for Solutio to understand product-specific nuances AP-2 title: Secondary research into analogous product launches in the US and relevant coverage policies/adjudications by CMS AP-3 title: Quick interviews with EVERSANA SMEs on coding & reimbursement to assess expected access and reimbursement AP-4 title: Development of strategic next steps and synthesis of findings into a presentable report
