Approach and implementation

The project was operated in a new organisation with 3 areas of responsibility. Due to re-organisation with new personnel and rel. short project period, most of the operative actions took place during 2 of the 4 years, while a considerable part of remaining time was used to organisational and existential issues. The work load in a small organisation with great targets and in rapid development was sometimes very high, resulting in high peoples turnover for certain functions. Engaged and skilled personnel made the project fulfill all expectations and laid the ground for continued operation
