Important results from the project

The purpose of the trip was to meet and discuss a possible Eurostars collaboration, and the result was that it was agreed that a project together would be beneficial for all parties. The goal, that Monocl would find a partner to work with in a Eurostars project, was fulfilled.

Expected long term effects

The expectation of the trip was that the parties would have many things in common despite the different formats they work in, which also proved to be correct. There were many similar interests and focuses of the two parties, and a clear foundation to work on.

Approach and implementation

Representatives from Monocl traveled to the potential project partners´ offices in Leiden and over two days met the potential project partner and discussed the project work packages and the goal of the project. Various functions were represented from both parties which contributed to a very fruitful discussion and a good framework for the application.
