Important results from the project

Yes, partially. We achieved our goals related to establishing business relationships for sales; however, I have not yet been able to verify whether we have established sufficient contact within the supply chain. But dialogues have been initiated.

Expected long term effects

Partly adjusted product strategy in the form of an adapted EMS product against larger actors. Partly an establishment of a new business partnership with LG CNS. Hopefully an established contact with Hyundai Electric linked to sourcing batteries from them for the European market.

Approach and implementation

A lot of informational meetings and delegation gatherings on the local market and startup scene, combined with matchmaking with local stakeholders. The matchmaking was a great success and worked excellently. Some parts of the delegation gatherings could have been omitted. Overall, a very well-structured and executed setup.
