Important results from the project
Our ambition was to build Clearwell´s brand name locally with Swedish and Brazilian trade organizations in Sao Paulo. We chose to be very visible on social media, such as Linkedin and Facebook, during the stay. Share experiences and pictures. We had also set up to get at least one "lead" from the matchmaking, we got 2 "hot", and two lukewarm! Better than expected. Collaborations with other Swedish travel companions can also be mentioned, we see opportunities with at least two of the companies as a complement to Clearwell´s system solutions.

Approach and implementation
Through a thorough and well-prepared project plan on the part of SISP, the travel time could be used optimally! A packed agenda with visits to relevant companies and organizations, the opportunity to present to specially invited "stakeholders" and wholehearted support from Swedish organizations such as Vinnova, RISE, Svenska Handelskammaren and Business Sweden. Very professional.
