Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** In the current project, Karlstad University Samhällsnytta AB and the Investigation into infrastructure for health data as a national interest (S2022:10) collaborate in aim of creating an arena for actors, at different levels of the system, to contribute to the development of a national digital infrastructure for health data which is based on the actors´ needs and conditions. By using innovative methods for rule and policy development, the investigation has been able to substantiate its analyzes and proposals.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** With the help of the project, the investigation has developed a process for how nationally standardized health data can be developed that involves the entire sector. This process has been developed iteratively with a large number of actors who need to manage health data for various purposes. The insights from the project and the developed process will form an important basis for the assessments and proposals that the investigation puts forward by April 30, 2024 at the latest.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project consisted of three so-called loops, where each loop provided the basis for the next. In the first two loops, employees from municipalities and regions were involved. At the third loop, we zoomed out and invited people from national actors, such as authorities, SKR, Inera and patient representatives. The project has used user-driven policy development and open policy in aim of understanding behaviours, norms, practices and culture and increasing the understanding of how the various isolated parts of care should be able to act as a whole.
