Important results from the project
Four exchanges have been carried out within the project. Three key individuals from the Swedish public transport system have gained experience and knowledge from developments in California, and one key individual from California has spent time in Sweden to better understand the strengths and challenges. All of these individuals are ambassadors, and have in different ways successfully contributed to spreading knowledge and insights to a wider audience in their respective geographies.
Expected long term effects
The project has contributed to strategic dialogues and has helped prepare the Swedish industry for emerging developments.
Approach and implementation
The project has carried out four exchanges with a thorough planning phase where the participants have built their respective programmes in collaboration with the project manager.
