Important results from the project

Our primary purpose of participating was that we wanted to gain critical knowledge to develop our platform, reach the market, reach investors and get an understanding of the conditions on the US market. Our goals were: * To create an understanding and experience in preparation to our US market entry. * To build knowledge and contacts to effectively be able to establish a permanent presence in the US. We see that TINC has given us the knowledge and experience to such extent and in such a way that the purpose and goals may be considered achieved.

Expected long term effects

After TINC we have re-evaluated our work in the company. We now have the tools to work more efficiently and more effectively towards the market. This has resulted in choices that directly affect our future opportunities. Thanks to the knowledge and experience that TINC gave us, and through the contacts we created, we are now much better equipped to make better plans and strategies. We´re now more professional in our business and feel more comfortable in the role of being entrepreneurs.

Approach and implementation

The TINC arrangement was very good and it gave us a broad set of tools to run a startup. The excellence that we were offered in the form of coaches and lecturers had not been possible for us to reach otherwise. The inspiration that comes by living and working in Silicon Valley is also very important. The time span, a month, felt as a minimum to thoroughly begin to understand the culture and to get into the networks. It would have been desirable to have the opportunity to go deeper into our own company´s situation with a dedicated coach with experience in our field of business.
