Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project aims to create a job for people far from the labor market by creating attractive products of free residual material and thereby creating both social and environmental benefits. The first concrete steps have been taken in this feasibility study to build the foundation to make a well-functioning Soft production line possible. Keys is the developed and tested step-by-step method, friends and anchoring the new way of working within the organization. All these parts are processes where first concrete steps have been taken.
Expected long term effects

The two cooperatives that tested the method have a positive perception of the method´s potential to create structure, make production less person-independent, ensure quality and create meaningful work for employees and job training. All actors who applied for a project step two have great confidence that this is the right way to go to create more work opportunities for the target audience.
Approach and implementation

What has become clear is the importance of anchoring with the cooperatives and involving them even more. Therefore, a steering group has been created where two of the cooperatives sit with and Vägen ut! non-profit association was involved in the project´s step 2 in order for the cooperatives to have a co-ownership in the ongoing work.
