Purpose and goal
The overall aim is to increase the power to change within the electronics industry and with a focus on SMEs. The goal is to create - direct benefit in companies through Produktionslyftet´s national structure and working methods to inspire and coach companies in a change work. - a joint learning regarding the application of Produktionslyftet´s working method and the needs for support in the electronics industry, between participating companies, Smartare Elektroniksystem and Produktionslyftet and to use this as input for future initiatives where an upscaling can be done.
Expected effects and result
Expected effects are that participating companies have increased the drive to strengthen their ability to improve, innovate and transform in order to remain competitive and be able to be a natural and strong part of sustainable and resilient value chains. In addition, the learning in the project has resulted in new initiatives to strengthen more companies in the electronics industry. Expected long-term effects are that the electronics industry in Sweden increases its contribution to the green industrial transformation and resilience, while growth and competitiveness are created.
Planned approach and implementation
Four work packages are included: 1. Inspirational activities with seminars and conferences as well as communication via websites, social media, etc. 2. Company-specific guidance as well as entry-level activities to lower the threshold to enter a longer programme. 3. Coaching in the introduction program, which provides insight into the conditions for driving change, a total of approx. 3 months. In addition follow-up and learning about working methods and needs in the electronics industry as well as regarding opportunities for future initiatives. 4. Project management and support.
