Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim: To mobilise and development Sjöbo into an attractive and prosperous district that is buzzing with positive initiatives with a rich cultural and leisure offer. The goal: That Sjöbo´s residents are co-creators in the venture. An important part has been to establishing the Citizens´ Lab, a physically innovative meeting place for meetings between residents, officials, entrepreneurs, associations and researchers. Citizens´ Lab ambition has been to support residents to develop ideas and provide the conditions for realizing ideas.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Achieved broad collaboration with various local actors through dialogues in existing networks, business visits, association meetings and events at Sjöbo. Initiated networks, workshops, developed activity plans in collaboration with residents and established a Citizens´ Lab. The ambition was a resident-run Citizens´ Lab, which was partially achieved, several of the activities have been resident-driven. We have noticed that it has been difficult to get the engagement going but continue to work for resident-driven activity.
Approach and implementation

Completed monthly development meetings with project partners and steering group meetings four times a year. Have a continuous dialogue with the University for follow-up research. Maintained continuous dialogue with residents and local actors that formed the basis for the change processes at Sjöbo. The approach has been to create together with the local community as well as rely on the process and see where ideas and thoughts carry.
