Important results from the project

The purpose of the project was to significantly improve our concept for self-healing power grids based on the experience we have gathered, the technology development that has progressed and the increasing needs of the market. Our system has been significantly modernized with new innovative features for automation. In parallel, we have developed a new business model and implemented increased security. We have signed an agreement with an end customer. During the course of the project, we have identified a consultant who is contracted full-time.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The expected effects for our customers are a reduced number of power outages by preventing errors with increased measurement and analysis. The interruptions that do occur must be minimized in time. Overall, the electricity supply should become more stable. As far as the company is concerned, we expect increased growth and the possibility of continued recruitment. We can state that the company´s turnover rate amounted to 50% the previous year, which can largely be attributed to this project.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Project implementation was set up in the project group with milestones and responsibilities. The outside world put us to the test, first with Covid, then with war, skills shortages, electricity price increases, high inflation and a weak krona. The first years were tough due to postponed customer projects, while the last one has been tough in a positive way with strong growth. During the period, we employed two people and engaged 1 consultant who remains even after the end of the project. We are grateful for the opportunity we have been given.
