Important results from the project
We believe the goals of this project have been met. We are already seeing synergy effects for all project parties. Actors who have not been involved but now want to use the material and the working method.
Expected long term effects
By focusing not on the actual action but on building group affiliation and knowledge, we see that the group can also take on other problem solutions. We see that the increased ability and sense of belonging increase the will to defend.
Approach and implementation
We have distributed tasks and regularly coordinated the transition between the different contents of the work packages. Clarity and coordination have meant that the schedule could be followed right up to the big holidays. Then unfortunately illnesses delayed our final dissemination activity. We have had digital lectures and activities, training of circle leaders openly and with actors in the core group. We have had time to test the course with a pilot group. We have also had coordination with the core team for the Innovation platform "Mat till alla".
