Important results from the project
The aim has been to present both the Chefios-project methods to identify the organizational conditions for managers in the public sector, and inform about the importance of these conditions for managers´ ability to perform. We chose to do this by writing a popular science booklet that both should be attractive to look at and relatively easy to read.
Expected long term effects
The result is a 80-page booklet and the spontaneous reactions we have received is that it creates an interest in the area and is pleasant to look at. When we produced the booklet we have also created domain address, www.chefios.gu.se. A pdf version of the booklet are available on this website.
Approach and implementation
The production of the booklet was according to plan.
