Purpose and goal

NRPCES aims to develop an innovative tool for economic replacement time and live Co2 footprint monitoring of industrial use cases supporting the development of innovative solutions ensuring industrial competitiveness. NRPCES project objectives are: 1. Development decision-support system that implements a practical economic replacement time model considering sustainability factors. 2. Live monitoring of carbon foot-print emission of production machineries. 3. Support the long-term transformation from linear to circular economy and more sustainable use of resources.

Expected effects and result

-Integration of sustainability factors in operation and maintenance DSS is a new innovation which make Sweden pioneer player. -Utilizing the applied outcome of the project to fulfill sustainability goals while leading towards more robust and resilient transport network. -DSS that implements a practical economic replacement time model based on high-quality, real cost data and environmental parameters. -Evaluation of the dependability performance and monitor the health of machinery . -Development of business models for circular economy proposed in NRPCES.

Planned approach and implementation

NRPCES project has divided into 7 Work Packages (WPs) as given bellow. Project will be carried out in collaboration with LTU, TRV, Predge, Mälardalen university, Damill AB and our international partners. WP1-Project management and administration WP2-Specification and requirements of use-cases and data collection WP3-Environmental Impacts and Circular Economy WP4-Utilizing innovation in inspection techniques and maintenance processes WP5-Economic Replacement Time model WP6-Platform development, and Validation WP7-Dissemination, Exploitation, Marketing Activities
