Important results from the project

The exchange of experiences has helped us to work out a new strategic plan, a new management process, a plan for marketing/communication, increased structure capital, new cooperations with other incubators as well as new tools in the work with the companies - which will strengthen Movexum as incubator, which was the purpose of this project. All that will increase our ability to create value for our customers and strengthen us as an incubator, in a global competition.

Expected long term effects

Through our new strategic plan with a new management process, new offers, new cooperations and new tools - we have increased structural capital and well-developed working methods that will increase value to customer and strenghten our position among our Swedish colleagues against competition frpm incubators in other parts of the world.

Approach and implementation

We have prioritized taking part in SISPs Exchange meetings for coaches and CEO as well ass Communicator. We eagerly await with great interest exchenge mettings for CFOs where we see a great need and interest meeting and sharing knowledge. Above this we have with support of Kristian Wirsen of Nova Affärsutveckling in 2017 worked in 5 Days, building the new strategy and new tools for our method of work. Above this, taking part in the peer Review process has been very valuable where benchmark has given fruitful knowledge on working methods in a Concrete way. Here new partners were found.
