Important results from the project

The goal of the project was to develop a long-term strategy that secures TEXEL´s intangible assets and at the same time contributes to growth for the company.

Expected long term effects

In the project, we have designed a strategy document on how we can and should handle IP within the company in the future. We have also produced a document that will be a key document in the company´s future intangible asset strategies that will guide the company to maximize growth.

Approach and implementation

The project has been carried out in various stages where Zacco began with preparatory work which then went on to identify the current position for TEXEL. This was followed by supplementary analyzes in consultation with TEXEL, which resulted in an IP strategy document summarizing our situation and a plan for how to manage intangible assets.
