Purpose and goal
The project aims to coordinate the activities within the strategic innovation program InfraSweden. The goal is to ensure the program´s operational and strategic progress through various activities, as well as effective management, governance, support and communication. This final stage focuses on maximizing the program´s long-term impact by promoting the implementation of project results, driving policy development and strengthening both national and international collaboration.
Expected effects and result
The expected results of the coordination are well-implemented activities in accordance with the programme´s annual operational plan and in line with the programme description. The expected effect is a stable and streamlined innovation programme that contributes to the Swedish industry´s competitiveness and sustainable development in the innovation area of transport infrastructure.
Planned approach and implementation
The coordination project consists of a series of activities that are either continuous (e.g. dialogue with development leaders, project support, communication efforts, dialogue with other programmes), recurring with a certain frequency (e.g. annual open house, members´ meeting, board meeting, project conferences, seminars and workshops) or as needed (e.g. procurement of support services within communication).
