Important results from the project
We have achieved the objective in number of innovation cases during the period. Average amount for decisions: 55,000 SEK (excl. admin). 36% (previous project < 20%) of the decisions have had women as idea carriers/champions. We can more easily follow up Deeptech and Impact cases in our CRM (and have also prepared for follow-up by Dual-Use) Better assessment of system innovations, social innovations and utilization.
Expected long term effects
During this project period we have so as to ensure inflow to VFT, carried out: 550 unique inspiration opportunities for employees (4719 participants) 650 unique inspiration opportunities for students (26,229 participants) Graduated 62 doctoral students in our course "Utilizing research and science" We expect that this will lead to both more and even more valuable innovations reaching the market and society.
Approach and implementation
The overall implementation is based on the organization, processes and capabilities that IK Fyrklövern has developed since its inception in 2010 and the VFT activities that have been ongoing since 2012. Improvements have been implemented and are reported in the appendix to this report.
