HEUDRIS - Horizon, EUrope and DrIve Sweden

Purpose and goal

HEUDRIS continues the successful advocacy and scale-up work from Drive Sweden´s earlier EU coordination project. The work is concretized by focusing on CCAM-related areas, and, when relevant, items in other partnerships and missions. The project aims to increase opportunities for Drive Sweden and its partners to - Scale up existing Swedish projects - Actively participate in and benefit of the CCAM partnership - Contribute to roadmaps and other strategy documents within the EU - Support and encourage more Swedish parties to participate in EU projects

Expected results and effects

The project aims to develop Drive Sweden´s and interested partners´ opportunities for successful involvement in various activities and financing alternatives in the European R&I arena, to contribute to the SIPs´ objective regarding internationalization, and to complement expertise and resources within Drive Swedens´s office. Long-term effects include raising knowledge and increasing EU funding, as well as a stronger image for Swedish actors as attractive partners and thereby stronger competitiveness and expanded business opportunities.

Planned approach and implementation

Active participation in the CCAM partnership work. Identification of national projects that could be scaled up to EU level, Identification of public consultations of interest to Drive Sweden and its partners, and, where necessary and appropriate, to produce draft responses. Recommendations for topics in Horizon Europes´s work program 2025-2026 based on Drive Sweden´s effect logic and the parties´ agendas and suggestions. At least 1 EU-focused programme point / year for Drive Sweden Forum, Lunch & Learn or similar.
